So, I just discovered one less-glamorous pregnancy effect... horrible morning back aches. Its just bad... its like right around my spine and really does hurt! I'm going to have to figure out how to relieve this pain.


  1. Don't suffer. Go see a pediatric chiropractor.

  2. I went through the same thing, and I had to go to a chiropractor. It was so great. They will also help work on your hips, too. Don't know what I would have done with out it.

  3. STRETCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the worst pain and I have a bad back. It hurt my hips and legs but the best thing is to stretch and walk constantly to keep yourself from tightening up! Keep limber by streching everymorning and at night go walk.
